Raphael, 40 years old, is from Eilenburg and is a proud father of a daughter. Since 2018, he has been an important part of the CHAINMASTER team, with a brief break until 2020. Today, he leads production in the rigging department and is also responsible for purchasing and inventory management across the entire assembly area.
What Raphael particularly values about his work is the close collaboration with his colleagues, as well as the variety of tasks that arise from constantly changing customer requirements – and the opportunity to successfully deliver these together as a team, on time and to a high standard.
Looking to the future, Raphael hopes that CHAINMASTER will continue to stand strong as a team, where each individual has the opportunity to grow, and where shared success remains at the core of their efforts.
